SEEM Collaborative was voted amongst the top 35 organizations with 250 to 999 employees to be chosen by the Boston Globes 2017 list of Top Places to Work. SEEM was honored as #26.
More than 75,000 workers at 334 companies around the state completed anonymous surveys administered by the employee engagement company Energage (formerly called WorkplaceDynamics) of Exton, Pennsylvania. The survey asks employees about management, training, direction, job satisfaction, and more; the more positive the response, the higher the company ranks.
Winners are named in four categories, based on number of employees: small (50-99 employees); medium (100-249); large (250-999); and largest (1,000 or more).
