Speech Therapy

Speech and language therapy services address deficits of receptive and expressive language, word retrieval, vocabulary development, comprehension/auditory processing, articulation, oral motor disorders, language organization and/or voice disorders for students who demonstrate specific difficulties with understanding and using language.

Speech/language pathologists provide direct service as well as conduct language groups within classrooms focusing on activities to develop pragmatic language, semantics, syntax, and oral language skills.
