Clinical teams and classroom staff work closely together to assist students in learning strategies to improve their social/emotional functioning and management of impulse control. Clinical psychologists, school social workers, and counselors conduct individual treatment sessions as well as weekly social skills groups in classroom settings. Phone contact and/or family meetings are conducted regularly providing family communication, assistance and case management in collaboration with outside specialists working with individual students.
